I actually had a mental unstablility ilness a while back, it made me an insomniac and paranoid and also made me hallucinate in darkness. I kept looking at the wall and seeing some fuck off spiders, like 30 cm body spiders. Luckily, none of them actually existed it was shade on the wall. Still scared the Ba'jesus outta me!
