And its not just ATA. They only have ATP. And because they have so much ATP, it 'saps' from their other stats. In ult, they'll have too low DEF, HP, ATA, EVP, and they'll just suck. But of course, with shifta and deband level 30, resta, anti, and everything else a force can provide, they'll pwn. It all mainly depends on the player and partly the character. (Hell, it does depend on the character a lot!
)Mag stats are vital too as well as PB blast, with a chain, you can get level 81 shifta and deband.
