ISP Question

Most ISPs now have a cutoff. It's to stop people leaving their PC on while they do other stuff. The infamous story of one person going on holiday and leaving his PC on while he was away. It eats up ISP resources.
I'm not sure which ISPs don't do that now... it's just a case of looking hard for them. |
