the rate is 1/8, and it's in the database >_>

and PD is a tool item, so what's so surprising about it?

you've seen Sil Dragon drop a Difluid ? well then it can drop a PD.

Same for rare monsters, they can drop PDs.

Fabo is right though, the rate is high.

Luck Material and Tridrinder are even rarer.

So if you see a Trigrinder or a Luck Material from Sil Dragon, it's an even rarer sight than a PD Tongue
