You can't get into ruins? Well, if that is so, you are in front of a big door with three symbols? Well, you need to go back through the other three levels (forest, caves, and mines). When you get to the second stage of each map, go through each room until you find a big pillar, walk up to it and touch it. It should light up. The quickest thing is to go through Forest 2 and see what it looks like. You are probably missing the ones in Caves 2. You will have to do Mines again if that is the one you are missing and defeat Vol Opt again.
