Wrong, as long as you notify Sega that you will deactivate your HL for that time, they will keep it active. I'm still trying to get someone to activate my HL there. And the fact you may think it's overrated is irrelevant to the point of PSO, to be with friends, reason #4 for not getting GC online, no friends; block vacancy (online friend >_< they are still friends in one dimension).
