i'm back again, have been levling my 4th char to ultimate, i've got a spread needle 40% hit!! 
!! 2 sanges 1 of them was like 25/30/0/0/20 a red partisan and a red handgun with both ok percents, i got one more chain sawd i think it was 30 % machine. 
and 1 more diska of braveman.
....hmmm. anything i forgot?...
oh ya some crps and a HS25 justice i think that's all, i'm very happy with the spread needle
