F-Zero GX's "Sounds of BIG BLUE" (The unlockable BGM for Big Blue) is pretty damn cool.

Other favourites:

Episode 2's "World With Me";
Sonic Adventure 2's "Live and Learn";
Wind Waker's "Earth God's Lyric"/"Wind God's Aria".
Baruk: Lvl 85 Male Human Fighgunner 15.
Amielle: Lvl 24 Female Newman Protranser 4.
Newest Synth: Sweet Deathic! ... 14% Light.
