ghosts/spirits

The only ghost i ever seen is when i walked into my room about 10 years ago. In the mirrow i saw a dead version of me.....then i remebered it was haloween the day before and i was trick and treeting -.-

Spirits are pure engery, good or evil. Good spirits feed off energy from the enviroment, they cause a cold feeling around them. Evil spirits feed off fear, they want you to be afraid, it keeps them real. They can cause you to black out or lose vision momentarily, or even make your heart stop(scared to death).

Is it the same with ghosts, or are they more or less the same thing? And how can pure energy exist in a humanoid-y form? Or speak, or push people over? Something else is there to keep the spirit tangible...
