The story line is actualy easy to figure out when you look past the sillyness. It's a coming of age story. When it first starts out he's a child and he want's things his way and he thinks every thing should be about him. But when the girl come around she teachs himt hat every thing is not about him that being an adult is about help and caring about other people and in the end he grows up and learns how to roll with the punches.
