In case you haven't noticed, GC pretty much flopped. Also, it sounds to me like a nintendo junkie has been pushed over the edge. ^^
Also, keep in mind this place is NOT nintendo's audience. This is Phantasy Star Online's audience, or more specifically, Sonic Team's. PSO is on PC, DC, XB, and GC. You know what that means? Not everyone here is a nintendo junkie. And if you seem so sure of yourself, name 10 non-kid, non-multiplatform games for gamecube. That means non-kid graphics (like Wind Waker), non-kid overall design (like Pikmin), and not rated E.
Plenty of those games on Xbox and PS2. Not so many on Gamecube. However, this argument is irrelavent.
Back on topic, the DS, like Gamecube, has a high probability of flopping. Claim the Gamecube isn't a failure, and you're just ignorant. It has fun games, but 5-year-olds don't make up the majority in the video gaming market, and neither do nintendo fanboys and girls. This is coming from a guy who loved the first 3 Marios. My first system was an NES, and my first game was Mario. I own an SNES with a game library bigger than any of my other systems. I even just got done playing Ogre Battle --64--. I love nintendo, but I don't love it to the point where it has blinded me to the truth. Nintendo is going to die unless the Revolution can save it (which it might just do with its built in Emulation system). The DS can't save nintendo, because the DS just doesn't make the cut.
Quote:One more thing, NES, GameBoy, SNES, GBC, GBA, etc. How the hell is it thatKeep in mind that most of that was over 10 years ago. Things do change. 10 years ago, Nintendo was competing with Sega. Sega flopped. Nintendo's not far behind, especially after seeing DS. And Dynasty Warriors is NOT a selling point. I never said that would be someone's sole purpose for buying a PSP.
Nintendo never gets anywhere, huh? The only system you can place on the not getting anywhere list is the Virtual Boy. End of story.
