is lv 24 decent?

pinkal is nearly good for forces, but is easily outpaced by other id's for absloutely everything. also, if you're a human you can use 250 mats, and thats it, so at lvl 200 if you've used 200 mind mats and 50 pow's, then your evade, luck, def and power won't be maxed, but mind will be at its top, wasting loads of mats as you porbably could've maxed mind with 100 mind mats meaning you couldve maxed other stats. get whiteninja's max stat guide, make a mag like it says but give it more dex and less pow+mind if there is so you dont miss as much, then when you're a higher level you can make the proper mag (if you've followed the mats usage) and have most of your stats as high as they can possibly go.
