People shouldn't worry much about maxing (or making the mag) when they are level 1-169. You are speaking of maxing. And cure units > stat units, God/Arm isn't necessary. 70 ATA is efficient, this eliminates the God/Arm and brings in the opportunity for a cure unit. 125 POW is enough, now 157 ATP for levels prior to 170, quite stupid.
In v3 PSO, if your stuck, remember that it is probably because of your ATA. ATA > ATP in v3, thus your Mag should have a decent amount of ATA.
