In my experience, Semi rare (demons calibur etc.) and other 9 star items and even ones below are better then others. This is because they drop more often and so are more likely to have better percentages. I think you'll find a charge calibur with 50% hit is pretty awesome, as are charge vulcans (charge cannot be reduced) because you can use the special constantly. It really breaks the enemeis to pieces, I found a 40% hit stag cutlery on BB the other day, it's pretty common as far as 10 stars go but is more useful then a twon brand with bad percentages any day. If you could find an uber weapon with equally uber percentages, that would beat everything else into the ground. But that is extremely unlikely!
