Get a new Gamecube!
I suffer with the same 'clicky' problems, on both Episodes I & II, and Episode III, aswell as many other games. Basically it's a Gamecube hardware problem that you'll need to get repaired. Well you dont NEED too, you can continue using your Gamecube as you are for the moment and just go on playing games by luck, as i do, or if it just gets worse and worse and comes to a point where it just doesnt read games anymore altogether, then get it repaired! In fact, buy a new Gamecube, its cheaper lol.
