Firstly don't double post. Actually read the rules considering you ARE a member.
Secondly the cube is 99.99 not 120.
And thirdly call nintendos costumer support and thoughrully explain your problem. They told me in a little bit of a different sintuation I can send in the cube for it to get repaired or replaced by a refurbished one. Roughly both $50. So don't be too concerned about the price when you don't really know the sintuation.
