In that quest, you start, kill 4 Gilchics, and contine left. Traps in halway. Next room is big, at the end of it, there's a Ramar with a Glaive. Kill him (the Delsaber's Combo will make it easy to do), then a small room, then a big room. This room has 7 Dubchics, kill the switch with a Handgun. You don't need to kill the Dubchics to make them drop the rare. Check to see if they dropped it, then Telepipe back to P2 and restart the quest. Do this as many times as it takes. I killed about 350 Dubchics and never found that TP/Revival... (but you can get the rare without killing them, I've done it with my Fomar).
Dubchic count: 7
Time: 1:45 (I think that's about how long it took... I could kill the NPC one hit too, that made it go faster.)
