The highest Mind you can have on a Tapas at level 49 is 34.
http://www.psobb.com boards is the only place to get decent mag feeding/trades. I see this is worth 4 PDs to raise it 44 levels in mind (and the inevitable DEF).
Meseta really isn't good in traded, 300k = 1 PD if your lucky :S
