It will happen unless you take down Olga quite quickly. Now to explain it...
While Olga is that violent orange shade you will temporarily become Flowen. It is highly similar to Dark Falz's soul stealing technique, yet it can be gotten around. Also... Olga seems to be a fair bit stronger at the time you are Flowen.
Here's how it works... Olga's Attribute (Native, A. Beast, Machine, and Dark) is completely random in his second form. One of these attributes is chosen at the beginning of the form, but is still displayed in question marks.
When you are Flowen you WILL take the damage you deal to Olga UNLESS you are using a weapon that has percentages within the same attribute that Olga has randomly chosen.
So if Olga chose A.Beast and the weapon you are using has 5% or more in A. Beast, you will not take damage, but if it has 0% in A. Beast, you WILL take the damage. So in the higher difficulties be sure to bring a collection of weapons that altogether have at least 5% in all 4 attribute categories if you want to make Olga's second form easier.
I hope that makes sense because it's the only way I could think to explain it.
