well you are a force.........grab a red handgun , but do first the batle training, kireek will do a perfect shield, now raise the dfp atp and low the enemys atp and dfp, you are a force then you will have a biger atp,
also you can do vhard forest mines and ruins for better items and exp, do the ultimate forest as long as you can, that way you will find disks, if not , continue the hard work (nobody said that ultimate was easy)
