I've figured out why he needs a printer! My magnifying glass helped me
.
1). He doesn't have a credit card thus cannot pay online fees.
2). He has a 10 doller bill, but only 2.
3). He has scanned the image of the dollar onto the computer and needs a printer to print out multiple copies.
4). He'll have his parents pay, but everyone time he pays he prints out one more ten dollar bill.
You know I'm joking right?
