Phantasy Star Universe is due out this winter in Japan, everywhere else only has speculative release dates with the official word still being winter 2006 (Not very likely now!). It will be released in Europe and America about the sametime, with the official date on PlayStation's website being Janurary (Nah), while UK press going for April time (Much more likely). When we get an official one, you'll of course find it on Ragol.co.uk Tongue
