Tell me why RARE is working for Microsoft again?

About three years ago Nintendo sold rare to Microsoft for $375 million dollars. The relations between Rare and Nintendo were faultering and I think Nintendo got a great deal after seeing what Rare has actually made these past 3 years. Grabbed by the Ghoulies was pretty awful, Conker: Live and Reloaded was a beefed up port of the N64 version and Kameo, Perfect Dark Zero and the new Killer Instinct are all getting pushed further into the future.
