There there Ria, it's been a long long time since that took place, and many have had to live with it. It still makes me sick too, but makes me wonder "WTF" when i see Rare developing GameBoy Advance games and now recently opening a brand new department to make NintendoDS games!
Microsoft tried to make themselves the PWN'ers but i think in the end, they just ended up getting PWN'd
Grabbed by the Ghoulies & Conker... where as Rare could have done so much more if they were still working alongside Nintendo, after pretty much having to 'can' all the games they already had under development and start from scratch. We'd be playing on Perfect Dark now, aswell as probabily other classic franchises like Banjo Kazooie, or that Donkey Kong Racing they had in development! 
Life goes on though...
