Hunters shoudn't Use Partisans, the only Partisan that Hunters should use it Yunchang. 80% of the Partisans are almost pointless when compared to Swords. Try a Dragon Slayer with 30% hit, it's excellent, you won't have much use for a Vjaya with that.

What if a hunter wants to use a partisan for visuals, then they should use it! Didn't figure that into your little gotta stats em' all summary did ya? Tongue

PSO is not just all about stats... Thats only half the fun. Character customisation also plays a great role in the gameplay experience.
