Hehe, come to think of it, she is very Space Channel 5 looking isn't she, and we all know SEGA love to cross promote their games! LMAO @ SC5 Mini Game! Be cool though! Lobby dancing competition? 
And Hal is just the name i've taken from the English naming on the PSU website, which you can see on the top right hand corner of the first piccie you've posted there Jonathon_F. Then again Sonic Team will probabily change a load of names in localisation from Japan! :/
Also i can't read or write Japanese myself so cheers for the little translation bit there! Gurhal Channel 5?! Uh oh!
