It all depends on what sort of people you're looking to play with. (System too)
On blue burst I went on at level 1....oh wait never mind.....
On gamecube or xbox basically then (...>.>) if you're looking for newbs, don't be afraid to go on at a low level. But don't expect any random high-level'ers to help.
