Essentially, no program is that great. Something is going to get by sooner or later before you program has the necessary stuff to detect the problem. It basically takes experience and a variety of programs for scanning and removal to effectively be protected. I have Norton Internet Security. It is alright for the support; however, most of the time, I am manually deleting things. I don't mind though since I get experience doing it
. I also have Spysweeper which is alright. It is certainly more reliable than Norton since it auto removes everything for me instead of making me do it myself. I downloaded Hijack This as well, since it helps a spyware expert dignose what they are dealing with. There are many other programs out there that may suit your needs. You'll just have to do the necessary research to find out which you want.
