Yup, Vol Opt is my favourite. You've actually got to put some strategy into the fight whereas against the Dragon it doesn't last long enough, and De Rol Le is just a massive slog.

Plus, there are two forms of Vol Opt, each with a different strategy to beat...

It requires the most thinking of the lot.
