Really, sourceforge is awesome if you ever need any program. I don't know why I didn't think of that before I thought of Googling.

You download this little doo-dah, run the recorder executable, go to "Region" on the toolbar, then select either full screen, or do a fixed region over where your PSO BB is shown, then hit the record button. When your done, you can save the file as a .AVI, and then you open it using VirtualDub, delete the frames from before the quest actually starts, compress it and all that jazz, and then save it as a .MPG! This thing is brilliant!
