Who cares if charge is cheap. my fomar has charge vulcans with 50 hit. zomg they are cheap. yes. but. i pwn like a whore. so i dont care... and about the stealing exp in multi mode i dont use them in multi anyway due to them being boring as hell and not being able to hit even with 50 hit. And Frozen shooter is cheap too. and lots of people use them. you freeze them with a super good chance and then nearly nothing can hurt you especially since rangers are the only ones who can use and they hardly ever get hit anyway and they have high enough ata to hit almost everytime with special. and if charge owns and is noobish i guess there most be a lot of different definitions for "noobish" becuz charge is good, we all know that. Ramarls arent "noobish" but theyre damm good. but on the other hand. Humars have the most called "noobish" and they suck. they are quite a bigger challenge than any ranger. so charge and humars are both noobish but opposites. I was gonna say like 5 more of these but im thinking so hard right now about how much stuff i disagree on that my brain is overlapping itself and i cant think. but anyway. answer these questions especially humar and charge (one good one bad) but both being noobish. with good logic instead of, cuz humars suck and charge is cheap.
