About the FS: the FS is used as a support gun in multi mode/online and its power sucks, which is the proper handicap. A Charge Vulcan provides zero support; it exists only to do massive damage with no handicap.
About HUmars: HUmars are called n00bish thanks to the people who use them n00bishLY. It's all stereotypical, and I think it's stupid to just call HUmars n00bish (I've seen just as many HUcast n00bs, if not more). There's really no basis to calling the class n00bish; you're only really calling the idiots who play them wrong n00bish. So this really isn't a good argument.
