Sonic team put charge vulcans with hit in the game so im going to use them no matter what people say. Also i dont use charge vulcans in multi anyway because too many enemies for me too use a single hit weapon. And charge vulcans = fast, no handicap, very powerful. but actually imo the handicap is wasting meseta and not being able to charge anymore. but that just makes them good. they are cheap but still good, and cheap pwnage is still pwnage. And same thing goes for rangers. they mow down everything with hardly any chance of getting hit (if youre getting hit from 50 ft. away you have problems) but i dont think rangers are cheap. so i dont know why charge vulcans would be.
