i think the best cave ob lily drop is a red handgun, don't hold me to that though, and the boss, most of his attacks arent to hard to dodge with a bit of practice, when it flops up onto your platform, pull out a sword/partisan and stand in the corner where you should be able to hit loads of his body parts, suprising how many people i see online go for his head.
