weird glitches i hate

I was in that little room after the REALLY long hallway, right before you get to Falz. A Dark Gunner spawned there and I couldn't attack it, but it could attack me. Plus I hate it when I'm in the middle of a combo, and I press the button for the next attack and it doesn't work. This only happened when I used my L&K14 Combats. And I know I wasn't mistiming the button press for the combo.
