We do get a couple of JP's reading up actually yes 
But more to the point we also get hits from people who played/play the Japanese version of PSO: BB after downloading and playing it before it came out here alike any other PSO (And just think, it's almost been 5 years of doing that! Haha!). And even then, most of the stuff that hits the Japanese PSO comes to the English PSO's sooner or later, so why not get some heads up eh?
