And to try to connect that in some way to the original topic of PD's...
You can take 20 PD's and boost a weapon's attribute by 5% (though not for hit%, S-Rank weapons, or weapons with percents in 3 areas), or you can trade in supposedly 90 PD's for a Photon Sphere and boost an attribute 30%... though the lowest I have gotten for a Photon Sphere is 96 PD's.
