Best ATP Weapon in Episode 1/2?

I think once you are of a high enough level this atp question becomes invalid anyway as by then everyone should be able to floor a single enemy in one volley anyway, leaving the how much atp question useless..

i had the max atp by lvl 120 and even now(lvl 174) the ultimate ruins are hard, i mean.......they are easy but the boss is hard, so a high atp and % is better because i kill the boss faster, therefore less opurtunities to get killed
and atp is a thing that is never enouf, that is why i continue to search for weapons , to see if i find even better ones.
whe you kill alot of claws, i have to say it ......nice.(keep it up)
