Heh. I was gonna send him a message about the beat time thread. Though proven factually incorrect there IS still debate about it. But anyway, that's offtopic.
ON topic... the question of this thread is "best ATP weapon." In a literal sense, for best single hit ATP, the answer is God Hand, I believe. But it got into a discussion on opinions on best way to USE high ATP weapons, which of course is a valid direction to take. So it seemed fine to me. *shrug* [/pseudomod]
