Get hit%. If it doesn't add atleast 65 ATA, it will not work in Ultimate. Also, the Rainbow Baton can easily have 50% hit (90 ATA total) and its confusion special is a Godsend. You can easily confuse mass numbers of enemies at once. Then combine that with Zalure (but not Jellen!) and you get a bunch of Boomas beating the heck outta each other.
Too legit to quit.
