Well, I don't play multiplayer anymore. Not even online.
The thing is, if you're playing properly, no one will take hits at all. Thus, you dont need a tank character. I mean maybe in EN quests, or something like that, but, otherwise your goal shouldnt be to take damage.
But, as I said, I only play single player and yes charge weapons (with hit) are amazing.
I don't have a chainsawd. So, that would not be an option.
Online, whatever rare you have is just as likely to be pulled out by anyone else because most people are not legit. In fact, I never see many people using non-rares so you put yourself sort of in a paradox there.
The gush effect is terrible. And, if your aiming not to take damage like you should be, you won't need to use gush. You also have 10x star, 10x mono di and trimates to heal with. Often using gush results in your own death because enemies deal out more damage than you heal.
Whats the point of talking about cowardice in PSO? It's a game. It's not a way of life. If you want to play the honourable samurai I suggest you play dynasty warriors instead.
As for what kefka or anyone else thinks, thats upto to them and is mere opinion.
I stand by multi-hitting non-rare charge effect high hit% weapons as a hunter. The truth is, the hucast can deal out such major damage with mechs (as well as being able to take out traps more easily, which is useful because he has trap vision, and also he can now hit air targets more effectively) I frequently find them the best weapon to use.
What we're looking at is an accurate multi hitting powerful weapon that's easy to find!
Granted androids get their special attacks slashed down, but remember this doesn't affect charge (or so I have been told) so I'm sticking with em.
