DS dead pixel policy?

Nintendo will replace any dead pixeled consoles you have for free. Nintendo are a great warrenty company they will pretty much fix anything for you for free.
Oh and if they are stuck pixels (i.e they are a diffrent color to the whole other screen) They will usually unstick after some heavy playing. |
