I can't say what it is, never having played V2, I would assume it's a bonus of some kind for doing something peticular in the quest. Like in CDFS, in the V2 version of that quest, if you get the burning/HUnter/RAnger/FOrce thing from the kid, you get a mag cell. Or at least that's what I've been told.
