No, he said a rainbow colored blade. It sounds cool....>Hell, I'd Mod wepons too if I could get em' to look cool like that. >>; But yeah, it could be they just took a normal Twin Brand, pumped up the strength, and messed with the photon transparencies in a repeating cycle get it to make the rainbow effect. either way, it sounds like an awesome wepon, but it's an obvious hack....So do what you want, I would say keep it for cooln3ss factor, but just store it in your bank and don't use it....
