People used to say "I own you!" Then people started to typo "I pwn you!" because 'o' and 'p' are next to each other on the keyboard. Then people began to purposely say "pwn" and it developed into a famous gamer's term (unlike "flurg"
 ).Edit: I got beaten to the post by EkWEE, and then again by Nomercy. Edit: But I beat Jarl. 
Too legit to quit.
