Haha, yeah, Omar really is unforgetable. I remember having a few interesting debates with him during my earlier optimism/n00bity about hacks and cheats and un-findable items. Yeah, I really did know nothing back in those days...
And ZOMG jarl you don't remember Gotien? He was one of the oldschool crew that I met for a while when I joined, and then most of them left. Decs, Omar, DKgamer, people like them made this a great place. Not that it isn't great anyway... You know what I mean.
I talk to Omar on MSN sometimes, I will make him return via nagging some day, you wait and see
I never knew Lionheart so well, I saw about two of his posts and then he vanished, what surprises me is some people seem to think he is brilliant and others call him a liar and a fake. There seems to be no middle ground <_<
And if it were down to leveling (in being a PSO god) then how many hax0rs and power lvl n00bs would we be expected to look up to? I think based on the game engine (which is restrictive to say the least) you can only get so good at PSO 1&2/BB. It seems fitting that the people with knowledge are those we can look to for help.
Most people tend to specialise in an area of the game and become more knowing about that, because although simple it has a vast amount of different sections and drop rates etc. that you can learn.
I have just concentrated my efforts on creating methods to avoid having your ass hacked off with a rusty axe online, I would easily have a couple of level 200s by now if it wasn't for FSODX. But the problem is, you have to get hacked in most cases to find new resistances and dodges to the hacker.
Anyway, the point is, g0 t34m 01d5k001!
