Very doubtful Daan. It's impossible for one game alone to save a console and boost sales hugely. In gaming history there's only been one game that's done such a thing, and that's Grand Theft Auto 3, which has given the PlayStation2 the dominance in the current console wars that they still enjoy today in the western market of Europe and America.
It's because of that that PSU is being released on PS2, because of the number of potential customers out there. Sonic Team will probabily wait until they see which console is selling the best to upgrade Universe for the next gen consoles, or just not re-produce it at all. Unless Xbox360 is saved by it's future line-up of games such as Final Fantasy 11 (Not likely), Dead or Alive 4 (It'll sell only to those with the console) or likewise, i don't see it happening. I'm not saying i wouldn't mind though, i'd like to play Universe on my Xbox360
