anyways, first C sawd had hit, but 2 things- 1. didnt tech it right (didn't know how so its got 10% hit) and 2. i gave it to a friend for a B day pressie Tongue

its to do with the weapon, not the class as to whether something is reduced ornot. red mechs, red partisan, chainsawd, guld milla, sange yasha and meteor cudgel are all the unreduced weps. i can think of now... most are reduced, but the more powerful arent.
