If you called it, and no one voiced an opinion against it, if it drops, it is yours... Especially if you made a game called "Hunt: Lavis C." or something and when the Tollaw finally drops it, another person snatches it.

If you drop it on P2, then it's fair game. But still, if they are just trying to sort their inventory, then don't be a jackass!
If you find a rare in game that wasn't called, you should say what you found... I know someone who did not do that once... I think that he took the Spread Needle that I called... it was soon after I stupidly lost it, and I ended up hunting for a long time... Even if it wasn't, it was something good. It was Purplenum Ruins, and no Claws were around... Well, anyway, if you find something, let others know what you found! Then if you don't need it, and someone says they actually do, then just be nice.
(Though, you don't have to, it is yours; I don't always offer it to anyone who needs it.)
