Burning Visit or Flame Visit?

edit- It says at the item database that burning penetrates and and flame doesn't, but I swear I saw Bernie penetrating when he was using flame.

thought you said bernie WASNT penetrating when he used flame lol. ragol can be wrong on things (shocked gasp), this is probably one of them. i also saw bernie penetrate... meh, whatever. does penetration really matter that much?
